Conducts activities, e.g. in the field of: sustainable development, promotion and socio-economic development of villages and cities, education and entrepreneurship by undertaking projects in the social and economic dimension, as well as regional, supra-regional and international. While implementing strategic goals, it conducts in particular: - training activities in the form of long-term live learning - stationary and remote - for wide professional groups, organizes courses, training, seminars and consultations, undertakes educational initiatives for seniors and retirees, children and youth; - activities in the field of vocational counseling for young people who are planning a career path; - activities for professional and social integration and reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion, as well as foreigners and immigrants; - activity for people with disabilities; - technology dissemination activities.

A very important part of the work is education and curriculum development, new ways to disseminate the results of cutting-edge science and applied science through practice-based education and various education channels. It is extremely important in the organization to get involved in adult education. Landscape protection and management is a particularly strong area: from a landscape management point of view, the need to preserve natural, cultural and intangible values ​​and to develop them from an evolutionary perspective into a sustainable living environment has always been of great importance, even for particularly sensitive cultural landscapes that are constantly changing and also need to be developed to meet the demands of today's society. Important branches of sustainable tourism are being explored, such as ecotourism (with many different destinations), agritourism, horse riding, enotourism (wine tourism), and many others.
